I understand the total real estate process, and since 1981 I have strived to combine both experience with youthful enthusiasm. I have been a full-time REALTOR® since 1981, and I currently hold the designation of Broker Associate and a Certified Residential Specialists, (CRS). I was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1998, and I am a long-time Antelope Valley native. In 2001 I was recognized as the #1 REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker A Hartwig Company. I have also been nationally recognized with the prestigious Coldwell Banker President´s Award. My expertise also includes lots, industrial, commercial and office/retail leasing
